Teacher Bio:

I believe everyone can do math. It may not come easy, you may need more time or a different approach, but everyone has the capacity to be successful. Math is all about looking for patterns and problem-solving, which we do daily. My husband and I have 2 grown children and a dog. As a family, we love to play board games, go camping, and sit around backyard campfires. You can also find us at the theater or an occasional Renaissance festival. We show off our geekdom with Dr. Who, Star Trek, and Star Wars, to name a few. Don't be surprised to hear show tunes in my office along with spotting several Baby Yodas. I have been teaching part-time for Wisconsin Virtual School for over 20 years. Over the years, I have had lots of other experiences, including teaching middle and high school math, math interventionist, District Technology Resource Specialist, and District Virtual Learning Coordinator.
