"What started as an innovative option for students to recover critical credits to graduate became so much more! WVS is a state and national expert and continues to innovate. It leads with quality, compassion, and commitment for ALL students!"

DAWN NORDINE
Retired Executive Director of WVS
Dawn Nordine

"I started as one of the first consultant teachers in 2002 and have seen WVS excel and expand in the areas of online professional learning and curriculum. Putting kids first, helping districts, and staying on the leading edge of online technology and pedagogy are just some of the reasons why WVS will continue this 25-year success far into the future."

ANNETTE WALASZEK
Retired Science teacher & WVS Curriculum Specialist
Annette Walaszek

"WVS is the best! Having worked with them for years, they always thread the needle between divergent interests. Students are heard and know that the “office” is there for them. Teachers are respected and valued. WVS is always on the lookout for practices which are research-based. WVS cares about education, and all its agents: parents, students, school districts, and teachers."
