Teacher Bio:

In addition to joining the team of Teacher Consultants here at WVS, I am an educational Interventionist, with a focus on Reading Intervention. I have been supporting students in Intervention for the past 7 years. Prior to becoming an interventionist and reading specialist I was a first and second grade teacher for 4 years. The past 11 years I have loved supporting students in the primary grades and supporting their love of learning and especially helping them discover themselves as a reader. 

I have a husband and two sons who keep me incredibly busy running from hockey rink to hockey rink all winter long. When we are not volunteering our time at our local ice arena, we love to play pickle ball, go for walks, travel to visit family and explore/hike among our many other outdoor hobbies.
