Teacher Bio:

ASL has been a part of my life since I was 5. I can remember seeing the teacher and the interpreter, and saying to myself, "That's it! That's what I'm going to do!" Sure enough, that is my career! I never stopped holding onto that dream. I moved across the country, to Portland, Oregon (a couple of times) to fulfill this dream. I've gained friendships, partnerships, employment, experiences, and drank gallons of amazing coffee along the way! I have 2 children, one who wrestles for his high school and one who is learning to draw. I have worked with SO MANY different people, and I also know that learning online can be tough. I know being a student, a teenager, a friend, a family member, and an employee can be a lot to have on your plate all at once. Take it in strides, we'll get there together! Just know that all of this comes with who you are and what you are making your story to be. I can't wait to meet you, and I'll see you soon! ~Ms. E
