Teacher Bio:

My name is Amanda Hackbarth. I have taught face-to-face classes for 18 years and virtual classes with WVS for four years! I have my Bachelor's Degree in Broadfield Social Studies and my Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. I believe that we learn more from failures than from success, and the desire to learn and understand a subject is more important than a grade. 
Besides teaching, my husband Scott and I have 3 children: Kaylee, Addison, and Jaxon, who keep us very busy. We also have a Red Lab named Penny. When we have free time we love to be outside, work on our fixer-upper house, take weekend adventures, read, and watch the next new show on Netflix.
