Patricia Israel
Title: WVS Teacher Consultant
Teacher Bio:
Hi! My name is Ms. Israel, and I am a lifelong learner, educator, and someone who believes every student can succeed when they feel seen, supported, and challenged. Building meaningful relationships is at the heart of everything I do, and I strive to create learning environments where students feel safe taking risks, growing, and discovering their potential.
Outside of work, I'm the proud mom of one daughter who is starting her first year of middle school. These days, I'm also a glorified swim team and golf team Uber driver, and I wouldn't have it any other way! We share our home with three cats, two of whom we adopted during COVID. If it can be made in a crockpot, I'm all in! I'm also passionate about live music and musical theatre. My favorite musical is RENT, although Hamilton and Hadestown are close behind.
This past summer, my daughter and I traveled to New York City, saw Ed Sheeran at Summerfest, and went camping with friends, making memories we'll cherish for years to come.
I'm a proud Disney adult (with zero shame!), a lifelong cruiser who's already been on two cruises and has two more on the calendar. I love getting lost in a good book, although Audible has become my go-to lately. October is my favorite month, fall is my favorite season, and you'll almost always find me cheering on the Green Bay Packers. Most of all, I treasure spending time with my family and friends, who keep life full of laughter, perspective, and gratitude.
I am so excited to have you in class this year! I can't wait to get to know each of you, learn alongside you, and make this a fun, engaging, and successful year together.
