Teacher Bio:

Hello! My name is Beth Heine. 

I have been a teacher for 22 years! I started as a high school English teacher and transitioned to an elementary school counselor about 10 years ago. Currently, I teach several English classes for WVS and work in an elementary school as a school counselor.   

I have three of my own children. Megan is a college student majoring in journalism and Spanish. She hopes to someday be a bilingual reporter for Major League Baseball! Lauryn is a junior in high school and is heavily involved in choir, especially her school's show choir. She also participates in drama. Finally, Isaac is in 7th grade and loves all things sports. He plays baseball and football, and also wrestles.  

My free time is generally spent watching my kids play and perform! 

I enjoy teaching for WVS because I miss my time in a high school English classroom! This gives me a daily dose of high school students and the English curriculum!
