  • Alternative or at-risk students
  • Homebound
  • Credit Deficient
  • Gifted or advanced students
  • Remedial students who require one-on-one support

What kind of computer equipment and Internet access do I need to participate in WVS courses? (follow the underlined link in the question)?

How do I enroll my son/daughter in WVS?

  1. Talk with your student's high school guidance counselor or principal about receiving credit for courses taken through WVS.
  2. Determine whether your local school will enroll your son/daughter or prefers that you enroll him/her yourself.
  3. If you will be enrolling your son/daughter directly with WVS, you will need to complete an enrollment form online. (Contact WVS for a login ID and password to do this)
  4. After completing the online enrollment, mail a check or money order for $325 per Middle school, High School or Advanced Placement course, $270 per Credit Recovery course, made payable to CESA #9 to the address below. We cannot accept credit card payments. Please include your student's name, school, and courses they wish to take with your payment.
  5. After we receive your payment and enrollment information, we will send your student his/her username and password and log-in instructions. This usually takes 1-2 business days.
  6. Checks returned by your bank for insufficient funds will result in immediate cancellation of your student's WVS course access.

What if we change our mind after enrolling and want to cancel a course?

To cancel your son/daughter's enrollment and receive a full refund, please send an e-mail to wvs@wisconsinvirtualschool.org within 14 calendar days of enrollment activation.

Drop requests received between 15 and 28 calendar days after enrollment will be eligible for a partial refund. After 28 days, no refund is available.
