Personal Statement about Online Teaching:
I think online teaching will be challenging because you cannot see the student’s face and interact in person.  A student needs to be very self-motivated and a good independent learner to succeed.  The rewards are being able to set your work and study schedule.  You will be able to somewhat set your own pace and repeat certain things over and over to achieve mastery.  Online learning offers many people educational opportunities that may be missing in their current school or work environment.
