Personal Statement about Online Teaching: Online students need to be very motivated and I'm happy to see that this is the case with many of my students. I believe that students get more personalized instruction when learning online and I feel strongly about giving frequent and detailed feedback regarding assignments. I thoroughly enjoy when students ask tough questions; it helps me to grow in the language along with my students.
